Washing machine spares are subjected to intense mechanical rotation and chemical detergent contact. To prevent cracking or spline slip, we implement a strict manufacturing quality workflow:

• ✔ 100% Virgin Polymers: We use only premium ABS and Polypropylene granules. We never use recycled scrap plastic, which turns brittle and cracks under load.
• ✔ Spline Fitment Torque Test: Every batch of pulsator wash discs is spline-fitted onto steel shafts and torque-tested to check for teeth stripping.
• ✔ Heavy Duty Sintered Metal: Our motor bushes are manufactured using high-density sintered bronze to ensure low noise and long bearing life.

Freight Transport

We coordinate daily bookings with Sadar Bazar transport booking offices (including VRL, TCI, ARC, and local transport agencies) for smooth pan-India delivery.

Export Bulk Packing

All items are packed in heavy-duty 7-ply double-wall corrugated cartons with plastic strapping. This ensures zero damage during long-distance transshipments.

Booking Thresholds

To maintain our low factory wholesale margins, we work on a minimum billing value of ₹25,000 per shipment. Samples are provided separately upon request.
