Precision Molding & Tooling
We operate an in-house tool room equipped with CNC spark erosion machinery to design and maintain our own molds. This guarantees that our pulsator wash discs match the exact spline count, shaft thickness, and wash ridges of the original parts.
By controlling the entire process from tooling to injection molding, we ensure zero warping, excellent surface finish, and exact fitment with appliance motors.

Precision Mold Room
Where molds are designed and engineered using high-grade tooling steel. Fits are validated up to 0.05mm tolerances to prevent any wash spinner slips.
Injection Molding Shop
Hosts high-tonnage micro-processor controlled molding machines. We use raw virgin polymers (ABS, Polypropylene) for maximum structural strength.
Metallurgical & Fitment Lab
All sintered bronze bushes and steel inserts are tested for hardness, dimensions, and press-fitting friction to guarantee stable motor shaft mounts.
Assembly & B2B Packing
Drain bellows and cockrod levers are assembled in batches, double-checked for leakage, and packed in heavy corrugated boxes ready for transport booking.
